概要 We examined whether MEK-ERK and PI3K-AKT signaling pathways are involved in neuroprotection by butein. Butein prevented Neuro2A cells from corticosterone (CORT)-induced apoptosis by sustaining ERK phosphorylation. MEK-ERK signaling pathway negatively regulated AKT phosphorylation in N2A cells.
