概要 The rapid growth and improvement in Information and Communications Technology or ICT has led to the diffusion of technology and ICT. It has widely been applied to language education and therefore the language teaching methods in higher education have changed a great deal in the last few decades. Especially e-learning has rapidly grown and widely been applied to universities as an efficient learning and teaching tool in recent years. The purpose of this paper is to report the current state of education at university, discuss advantages and disadvantages to the English education using ICT and propose advanced issues on class management in an ICT environment.
