| 概要 | This paper explores a two-period Allow-Debreu production economy where agents cooperatively form firms (coalitions) by jointly determining investments and shareholding rates. The firm structure can be perceived as a social structure based on cooperative decision-making among agents. We introduce the concept of social coalitional general equilibrium, which is regarded as a typical social coalitional equilibrium initially presented by Ichiishi (1981), and characterize all equilibrium states. Our findings demonstrate that an equilibrium social structure is organized with dependence on initial capital accumulation, aiming to generate maximum societal wealth. Furthermore, this paper shows that in equilibrium, society tolerates maldistribution, which is endogenously determined by market mechanisms. |
