| 概要 | Of all of them, it is very difficult to make a decision on medical practice associated with life prolongation of elderly people with dementia. For elderly people with dementia, their family members are compelled to make a decision in regard to gastrostoma and IVH. In order to contribute to providing a better nursing care service to those in the receipt of palliative care at special nursing homes for the aged, this research is intended to clarify the needs of users and their family members of those who have received nursing care from such family members and to clearly define the support issues to be solved in the future.
