概要 ポリミキシンBのDab残基をトリクロロエトキシカルボニル基(Troc基)で保護し、ポリミキシンの効率的な合成法を確立した。また、本合成法を活用し、ポリミキシンB（2－10）のアナログを合成し、その活性を明らかにした。
