| 概要 | Various N-terminal analogs of Des-fatty acyl-polymyxin B decapeptide, Des-FA-[X1]-PMB (1-10), were synthesized and examd. for their biol. activity. Des-FA-[Dab-Dab-Dab1]-PMB (1-10), Des-FA-[Arg-Arg-Arg1]-PMB (1-10) had potent antimicrobial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa). Des-FA-[Dgp1]-PMB (1-10) had higher antimicrobial activity against P. aeruginosa and LPS-binding activity than polymyxin B. |
