概要 | Nowadays, many companies use the TOEIC test to hire potential employees and/or for promotion purposes. In response, many colleges offer TOEIC preparation courses to help students score higher on the test. This study investigated whether a TOEIC course focusing on improving students' pronunciation and grammar skills could contribute to increased TOEIC test scores. In a study of 63 Japanese EFL college students, pretest and posttest scores were analyzed. The results indicated statistically significant gain on posttest scores. Comments collected at the final session revealed that participants were generally satisfied with the course. |
