概要 Polymyxin B3 analogs, in which diaminobutyric acid residues were substituted with hydroxy amino acids, were synthesized and their biological activities were examined. Results of the antimicrobial assay, lipopolysacharide binding assay, and cytotoxiciity assay of these analogs were reported.
