| 概要 | This is a comparative study on government policy over autonomous schools and accompanying dilemma among 6 countries: the United States, Sweden, Indonesia, korea, Singapore, and Japan. Educational reforms bring about unexpected results and there is no way to return to the original states once reforms take place.Democaracy is challenged not only in the United States and European countries where the crisis of public school system is disucussed to brings the crisis of democracy, but also in the Asian countries where the government policy over autonomous schools are screwed to excellence. |
