Details This study examined the reliability and validity of rubric evaluation in clinical training. The subjects were 43 students who underwent clinical training in the third year, 41 training instructors at 36 facilities who requested clinical training, and 9 faculty members of this major. The Cronbach's alpha coefficients and inter-rater reliability for reliability, content validity, and construct validity were examined in relation to the rubric evaluation used in on-campus and clinical training. Overall, rubric evaluation is highly reliable and the basic attitudes construct is valid.
