| 概要 | Myristoylated alanine-rich C-kinase substrate like 1 (MARCKSL1) is a group of acidic proteins localized to the plasma membrane. Although MARCKSL1 is predominantly expressed in the immature brain, it remains localized in adult limbic regions associated with emotional processing. Our findings suggest that MARCKSL1 regulates amygdala circuitry to control the activity of the HPA axis, as well as induces anxiety-like behaviors in mice. |
