概要 This study described the verb inflection in classical Gokayama dialect and extracted the following verb constituents: (1) Primary verb stems: (a) consonant-final verb stems, (b) vowel-final verb stems, and (c) irregular verb stems. (2) Inflectional verb suffixes: (a) conclusive verb suffixes, (b) adnominal verb suffixes, (c) Nominal verb suffxies, and (d) adverbial verb suffxies.
