概要 Object Catecholamine administer frequently continuous administration to critical patients in intensive care unit, such as acute heart failure under an use of the syringe pump. The purpose of this study is to investigate the error between the set amount of the syringe pump and the actual injection amount after catecholamine syringe exchange for flush method under an use of the syringe pump.
Conclusion As a syringe exchange method when using a syringe pump, the flush method reduces the injection error in the initial administration, and the procedure is also a simple and effective exchange method, but it is considered necessary to examine the dosage error at the time of performing the on-off method and the parallel method, and to further investigate the effectiveness of the flash method
