概要 The present study was designed to determine the students’ satisfaction of the online speaking classes, their speaking confidence, ease of communication with their classmates and teachers, and their perceptions on whether there were lost opportunities to improve their communication skills by taking the online speaking classes during the COVID-19 pandemic. Results revealed that the lower the English language proficiency level, the greater the chances students had difficulty communicating with their classmates and teachers. The current findings can provide valuable insights for instructors when creating and designing courses and delivery options that meet the demands and needs of students, that is sustainable oral communication skill curriculum guides in the normalization stage of the hybrid education.
