概要 The goals of this presentation were to determine the students’ satisfaction of the online speaking classes, their speaking confidence, ease of communication with their classmates and teachers, and their perceptions on whether there were lost opportunities to improve their communication skills by taking the online speaking classes during the COVID-19 pandemic; and to use use the findings to create and design courses and delivery options that meet the demands and needs of students, that is sustainable oral communication skill curriculum guides in the normalisation stage of the hybrid education.
