概要 In this paper, we explore the differences of contruals preferred in each language, namely, Japanese and English, and claim it is necessary to take those distinctions into language teaching. We claim that the presentation of the picture cards should be made more carefully, and the teachers' manuals of authorized textbooks should have an explanation on the difference of the point of view between Japanese and English.
