| 概要 | We made a device to monitor the load of muscle contraction by electrical stimulation (ES) and examined the effect on recovery from muscle atrophy. The results indicate that muscle contraction by electrical stimlation promotes recovery of atrophied myofiber CSA in mice. ES group showed even greater number of myonuclei than the control. |
