概要 | The purpose of this research was to develop a pattern of utilizing external human resources in a lesson using a remote system. In this research, it was possible to organize three points of view for utilizing external human resources: (1) characteristics of external human resources, (2) roles of external human resources, and (3) forms of utilizing external human resources. The characteristics included regionality, specialty, and similarity. The roles included explanation, evaluation, support, problem raising, and participation. Regarding the forms, they included individual activities and group activities, and discussions throughout. In addition, in this study, we used the case of “Yamanashi”, a class in the Japanese language course of an elementary school, 1) utilizing the expertise of a university teacher in Japanese language education, 2) the role of evaluating the results of discussions and reading aloud by children, 3) the final class Introduced an example of utilizing external human resources in the discussion scene in. The future task is to utilize these patterns in actual lessons and verify their effectiveness. |
