概要 We measured the physical activity and bone mineral density (BMD) of the children with cerebral palsy, and made
a comparative study with those of normal children. As the result of studying the relationship between BMD and physical activity, as for CP, the high BMD depended upon the high physical activity, but as for normal children there was no evidence of the relationship between the physical activity and the BMD.
（訳文）脳性まひ児の身体活動量と骨密度との関連について検討し、健常児のそれと比較した。結果は、骨密度と身体活動量との間には関連が認められ、高い骨密度は 高い身体活動量に支えられていることが明らかとなった。しかし、健常児においては、身体活動量と骨密度との間には関連が認められなかった。
