概要	This presentation looks at what is involved in the organization and execution of a one-month study abroad to Auckland, New Zealand for a small group of university students. The schedule is presented as a one-year timeline beginning at the start of the academic year and culminates with the trip abroad. Advice learned from experience is given to make each step go as smoothly as possible.
