・良かった点
It was a great foundational level for learning Japanese. I thought the content was great and the pace was also good, especially given that the class had different levels of understanding amongst the students. Sensei really approached the class with love, care, grace, and patience, which is something that I really appreciated, as my Japanese was towards the bottom of the class. This made me feel empowered to give it my best shot. [初級日本語]
・改善点
The only comment I would make for this class, and I am also guilty of this too, is if there was some more "firmness" on late arrival (i.e. a penalty) ..these international students need to learn these life skills of being punctual, .. and being honouring of peoples times, because the reality is, once they graduate and hit the real world, the level of grace given at TCU won't be given in the real world. I think maybe an attendance requirement in the marking system should be incorporated and a mark deducted for lateness. Apart from this, everything about this class is fantastic.[初級日本語]
