| 概要 | We conducted social skills training (SST) based on experiential learning method for nursery school teachers and considered how their social skills scores changed.The results suggested that encoding and emotional control skills were significantly higher after SST. These evidences suggest that, unlike encoding and decoding skills, it is difficult to improve emotional control skills though learning and experience in everyday life, and it is necessary for improvement to have self-awareness though interventions such as SST. |
