| 概要 | Ensuring the quality of care in elderly care facilities is an important issue. Although service standards are set by law, the care experience of users differs from facility to facility, and the organizational culture of the nursing facility is said to influence the quality of care. This study used a logic model to examine practical methods for creating and fostering an excellent culture. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with eight experts from four elderly care facilities in Japan, and the responses were content analyzed. Participants stated that sharing the facility's norms and philosophy, staff education, leadership, and communication with residents are important. |
